Born in Deventer, the Netherlands, Adnan pursued a degree in Commercial Economics at Saxion University of Applied Sciences. He began his professional journey in 1996, gaining valuable experience at internationally oriented companies such as KLM and Asiahouse. Adnan’s career took a decisive turn when he entered the recruitment industry, where he spent 15 years establishing and leading interim management and recruitment divisions for global organizations like Robert Half and Morgan McKinley. In 2009, he embarked on an entrepreneurial path under the banner of B&B Associates, where he managed senior-level recruitment assignments both nationally and internationally.
In 2014, Adnan took on the role of leading the Financial Services practice at NGL International, where he advised international financial services institutions and corporations. He conducted numerous international searches for banks and insurance companies.
