IT Compliance Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and thorough IT Compliance Analyst. In this role, you can either strengthen our internal team or be deployed directly to clients. As an IT Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that IT systems and processes comply with applicable laws and industry standards. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance and provide guidance on best practices in compliance and data security. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits and assessments of IT systems to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with IT and legal teams to ensure that systems and processes meet security standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
• Document compliance processes and maintain audit logs.
• Advise on IT security strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
• Develop internal IT compliance policies and procedures.
• Support internal and external audits and resolve compliance issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Compliance Analyst or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of regulations such as GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS.
• Experience with IT audits, risk management, and compliance with security standards.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
