Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions that contribute to business growth. You can support our internal team or be deployed directly to clients on-site. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
• Support project management teams in the implementation of new systems and processes.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the impact of changes.
• Guide the implementation of business strategies and solutions.
• Ensure continuous process improvement through data analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
