IT Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented IT Support Specialist. In this role, you can either strengthen our internal IT team or provide direct support to our clients on-site. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, offering first-line support, and maintaining IT systems. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line IT support to end-users for technical issues, both on-site and remotely.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Identify and resolve IT-related issues and malfunctions.
  • Maintain incident reports and documentation of IT systems.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate or forward complex issues.
  • Implement security and backup procedures for IT systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and network systems.
  • Experience with remote desktop tools and helpdesk software.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and backup strategies.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
