Security Consultant

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Security Consultant. In this role, you can either strengthen our internal team or be deployed directly to clients. As a Security Consultant, you will be responsible for advising organizations on security strategies, implementing security solutions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on security measures, risk assessments, and risk management.
• Develop and implement security policies and strategies that meet legal standards and best practices.
• Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify potential threats.
• Collaborate with IT and legal teams to develop solutions and prevent security incidents.
• Support clients in adhering to security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
• Report findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a security consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network security, risk management, and compliance.
• Experience with penetration testing, risk assessments, and security policies.
• Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
