We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst om ons team te versterken. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en verbeteren van informatiesystemen en processen binnen de organisatie. Je kunt zowel ons interne team ondersteunen, als ingezet worden bij klanten op locatie. Beheersing van de Engelse taal is vereist, en kennis van Nederlands is een pre.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and identify requirements for information systems.
- Develop system designs and specifications in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Document technical processes and create user manuals.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement and test new systems.
- Assist users in resolving system-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and data privacy regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with system design.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with system documentation and modeling tools.
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
