Systems Analyst

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Systems Analyst. In this role, you can either strengthen our internal team or be deployed directly to clients on-site. As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and IT systems, identifying requirements, and proposing improvements that contribute to more efficient operations. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and existing IT systems to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and system requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to support the implementation of new systems and features.
• Ensure proper documentation of systems, processes, and requirements.
• Test and evaluate new IT solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Provide support for system integration and troubleshoot technical issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a systems analyst or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of business analysis, system integration, and software development processes.
• Experience with process modeling and data visualization tools.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
