Candice is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, post-merger integration, and IT strategy. She currently serves as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at VodafoneZiggo, where she leads IT and oversees the transformation of the IT organization to become digital-first, cloud-enabled, agile, and data-driven. Previously, Candice held leadership roles at NN Group and Accenture.
As CIO for NN International, she was responsible for technology across 11 countries in Europe and Japan, driving the digital transformation of the international business and playing a pivotal role in mergers and acquisitions. Before joining NN in 2017, Candice was a Managing Director at Accenture in the Netherlands, where she led the Banking Consulting and Technology practices within Financial Services.
A passionate advocate for diversity, Candice has focused throughout her career on building inclusive teams that reflect the societies they serve.
In her personal life, Candice is married and enjoys adventure travel, reading, trail running, and spending time in nature.
