Sevcan Türk

 

Sevcan Türk is an experienced HR manager and organizational development specialist. Throughout her career, she has strengthened HR processes, led innovative projects, and developed sustainable solutions to enhance employee engagement.

After graduating in Human Resource Management from Istanbul Aydın University, Sevcan began her career in 2006 as a Specialist at Mavi Jeans. In this role, she actively participated in recruitment and training processes, ensuring the selection and integration of candidates who met the company’s needs.

She then joined Kervan Gıda A.Ş. under the Bebeto brand as an HR and Industrial Relations Manager. In this position, she worked on improving working conditions and contributed to mid- and long-term career planning projects.

In 2015, she transitioned to an international payments company to gain experience in a different sector. As an HR Manager, she established and developed the HR department, leveraging software and cloud technologies to make digital HR applications more efficient. This resulted in an effective and sustainable HR structure within the organization.

Currently, Sevcan works at Tawron, closely following the dynamics of the European technology sector. Utilizing her strong communication skills and technical expertise, she manages recruitment processes, aiming for long-term success by aligning candidates with career opportunities that match their goals.

Throughout her career, Sevcan has collaborated with HR associations on projects to enhance professional competencies. She is passionate about maximizing the potential of both individuals and organizations.
